At MO Socks, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
