Shipping Policy

At MO Socks, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment within one business day of purchase.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, buyers can generally expect delivery within 3–6 business days, depending on their location.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are provided with a tracking number at the time of shipment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to monitor their shipment and follow up on delivery timeframes using the provided tracking information.

Third-Party Carriers

MO Socks ships all orders through third-party carriers. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays or other issues caused by third-party shipping companies once the order has been handed off.

Brochure Fundraisers

This shipping policy applies to Ship-to-Home fundraisers only. If your group is participating in a brochure fundraiser, please check with your fundraiser lead for information on how and when you will receive your order.
